How do I upgrade my kit or get additional kit?
Call our helpline on 03457 581 781 and select option 3 for new equipment. Alternatively, there is also an option to leave your details on the message line if you do not wish to wait or visit www.britvicequipment.co.uk to make an enquiry and a member of our team will contact you within seven working days. Please be advised that our customer service team will require viability information, currently being either minimum of 120 bag in boxes per year or 3 per week. We can also arrange for an account manager to visit your site to disucss your requirements.
how do I get in touch with your technical team about a repair?
Contact our service team on 03457 581 781 number and select option 1. A member of the team will take your contact details and arrange for a service technician to contact you within 48 hours. Send an email to email@example.com and a member of the team will call you back within 24 hours.
How do I get a new chiller?
Call our helpline on 03457 581 781 and select option 3. You can also log your query at britvicequipment.co.uk and a member of the team will contact you within seven working days. Please note if you are an independant business and require free on loan equipment we no longer provide this support. A member of our team will be abe to put you in touch with reputable suppliers of chilled equipment.
can I get a visit from a sales rep?
