British botanical flavour with bonus floral effervescence from the elderflower tonic in this cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Pimm’s

  • 2 Cucumber slices

  • 4 Strawberry Quarters

  • Britvic Elderflower Tonic

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice, cucumber and strawberries

  2. Pour in the Pimms

  3. Top up with Elderflower tonic.

Garnish

Garnish with a mint sprig & lemon
